Key Qualifications:

Emergency response, business continuity, or security planning and/or management (5 + years)
Regulatory plan writing and/or procedure development
Thorough knowledge of federal/state planning regulations (EPA, OPA-90, SPCC, DOT, DHS, HAZWOPER, OSHA, RMP)
Experience in regulatory training and exercise/drill development
Proven project management experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients

Technical Support Personnel
