Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA)
TRP provides Facility Security Officer (FSO) training for those employees who are responsible for implementing and maintaining the facility's security measures. This course includes facility and vessel security measures, security threats and patterns, as well as handling sensitive security information. TRP also assists in the development of vulnerability assessments and site facility security plans for new facilities, as well as revisions and updates to existing Facility Security Plans as they become necessary. TRP can also assist your company by providing third party auditors to ensure compliance with MTSA regulations.
Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS)
TRP assists in the preparation of Security Vulnerability Assessments and Site Security Plans, as required under the CFATS standard, which became law on November 20, 2007. Timely preparation and submittal is necessary in order to be compliant.
